1. Consent to Use Likeness

I, the undersigned, hereby grant the producer of This is What the God, and its agents, successors, licensees, and assigns the right to record my voice, image, appearance, and performance on film, video, audio, or any other medium during my participation in the above-named production.

2. Rights Granted

I understand and agree that the footage and audio recordings captured may be edited and used in whole or in part for the documentary This is What the God or any other related production, derivative work, or promotional material. This includes use in all media now known or later developed, including but not limited to theatrical release, television, streaming platforms, film festivals, social media, and online distribution, in perpetuity and throughout the universe.

3. No Compensation

I acknowledge that I will receive no monetary compensation for my participation or for the use of the recordings. I understand that my appearance is voluntary, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the final product.

4. Waiver of Claims

I release and hold harmless the Producer, its employees, affiliates, licensees, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of the recordings, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or misrepresentation.

5. Confidentiality

I agree not to disclose or share any confidential or proprietary information about the production until it has been publicly released or I am otherwise authorized in writing.

6. Legal Capacity

I affirm that I am over the age of 18 and have the legal capacity to sign this release. If under 18, I understand that a parent or guardian must sign below on my behalf.
